PCM malfunctions in Taycan GTS (MY23)

In my GTS (MY23) - while Apple Car Play is connected - still I am not able to set: Apple Music, Apple Podcast (unable to create correct QR code; error code 319 pops up), to set Treble, Bass, Surround (these functions are highlighted in grey on the display + pop up displayed: Function not available), unable to remove device (i.e. iPad / iPhone), not able to switch between them (for example, using a speed dial button), trying the Bluetooth & WiFi set up (these functions are highlighted in grey with the pop up: Press the Start button).

And moreover - all these PCM failures manifested themselves simultaneously. Any advice? A reboot might help? If so, how to do it? Won't reboot restore factory settings?

Definitely go for a reboot!

Press and hold two fingers in the top right corner of the main PCM display. That will reboot in to engineering mode, then select to exit engineering mode and it will reboot back. It won’t reset any settings doing this.

I did this about 6 months ago and it worked well.
