Hi everyone,
I have a 2021 Taycan and charge and plug is not longer working after a recall visit they removed my vehicle from my account although I successfully registered it back the charge and plug is not working displaying a error message regarding the credit card.
However I’m able to charge using Porsche connect app.
I contacted Porsche costumer service several times they are investigating the problem also I went to the dealer an nothing still having this issue.
I attach a picture of the message I’m getting at all the EA stations.
If anyone can help me it would be so much appreciate it.
