Has anyone experience a relay error on your pmcc? I even took the charger inside my home to another outlet and got the same message, so I don't think it is isolated to a specific outlet. I also tried pressing the power button (as suggested) but it was not responsive. Also, could not find anything in the manual.

Did you try with the 120v plug? If it happens with that too it will be very easy to demonstrate to the dealer.

@jont was it plugged into your vehicle when this happened?
It occurred to me once when I did not have the plug all the way pushed in on the left AC plug of my vehicle.
Unplugged and plugged in again confirming proper connection and my charger went green normal operation.

I tried it both plugged in my car and not. Get the same error.

Thanks for the tip. Just tried it and it works. So presumably the 220v plug is bad?

It can still be either the charger or your house's wiring. Can you test at a different house 220v plug?

Yes I tried a different 220v plug and got the same error message.
