Problem charging and car failure

Hallo, I am a new member from Belgium so excuse me my poor knowledge of the English language. I have a Taycan Sport Tourismo (delivered on 02 june this year). After one month I had a problem with charging the car (charging stopped after a while) and when I afterwards drove the car, it fell out unexpectedly, and the message of issue in the boardnetwork showed up. At this moment the car is in the garage for already several weeks, but they don’t seem to find the problem. I am disappointed in the garage and in Porsche itself. In a few days some people are coming to my home to check my loading system (delivered together with the car).

Does anyone recognise the problem? Any suggestions?

What was the specific error message that showed up on the display?

It said ‘Failure in vehicle electrics’ ; in Dutch ‘boordnet’ = ‘vehicle electrics’ in English, I think.
