I am heading out to Le Mans in June and am already getting nervous about charging, I can seem to do ionity as far as baie de Somme but thereafter I am being offered fastned and total to complete the journey, I believe both of these are in the Porsche charging service network.
we are staying in Mansigne and driving into the circuit daily and the choices then seem to be limited to Chargepoint, and Freshmile .
My question is does anyone have experience of trying to use these charging networks with the Porsche charging card should they work reliably and should I take another charge card as a backup and if so which one is best for France?
I've driven my Turbo S Cross Turismo 52,000 miles in 2 years in 9 countries including France and never had a problem with the Porsche Charging network. On the few occasions that the Porsche card doesn't work I just use a credit card. FastNed, like Ionity is excellent: fast, starts and remains fast and doesn't seem too affected by the number of chargers being used at the same time. Use the Porsche Charging Manager in the SatNav so that the battery is conditioned in time for your next charge and you never go wrong. I drive pretty much everywhere in SportsPlus mode too!

Single deck LeShuttle seems to be the default for Taycans these days. I travelled on Good Friday which was a LeShuttle peak day. It was total chaos with long wait times to board. Somehow I ended up on a double deck narrow carriage, and it was much more difficult to load...
hey neighbour from Wokingham. you must be an ace of a driver - I took a look at those double decker angled corridors, and it gives me a heart attack just thinking about driving through those. I must admit I barely manage the wide single-deck ones though...

Not really a problem; turned the cameras on and used the curb side view along with the overhead view.
