Rear Camera removal procedure anyone?

Does anyone know or has instruction how to remove the rear camera? Nozzle got pushed in and I need to pull the camera out to reassemble it.

I saw the thread, but I really couldn't pry it out. OP had it sticking out already. I will give it another try tomorrow after work.
