red charging bar porsche taycan electrical fault high voltage battery won't start

Morning all.

the Taycan worked great yesterday put it on charge last night with my Anderson EV Charger. this morning, came to it with a red charging bar in the middles console and red light next To the plug. Showing the attached.

I had a limp Mode 12v batteryfault two months ago and it got updated and fixed by Porsche.

I called Porsche roadside today and AA have shown up. I don’t think he knows what he is doing. Very worrying he’s disconnecting the 12v battery

anyone has this. Please help!

Just a charging error.

Disconnecting 12v will force a reboot of all systems and should come back fine.

Amber warning on dash rather than red.

I was hoping it was just a charging error it’s not going into drive and won’t move. Just in neutral.

getting it to Porsche today. I’ll update the thread with the fix when sorted.
