Retro fitting puddle lights

Has anyone in the UK managed to fit puddle lights to a Taycan that didn’t originally have them and only have the red plastic in place?

Simply plugging them in wont work on a car that didn't already have them. You will need PIWS to code them (program the car so it knows it now has puddle lights and to provide power to the plug when the door opens)
