HI everybody my Taycan Ice gray metallic was delivered last friday:clap: I am so excited, like in a dream. So I managed to leave the dealership without checking if the mobile charger cable was able to connect to the 22kwh wall charger I installed at home!:headbang: So I just got the regular socket I guess, or I didn't find the good one yet. I admit I let my wife and father in law look for it...
Are we missing something or I need to contact the dealership in order to get the correct connection?
Thank you

Hi there! First of all, congrats on the car!
I was wondering if you didn't have any "software update" problems since my car has been in the Porsche Centrum for almost 2 weeks now and as I posted in the thread below, I now need to wait until mid-june to pick it up.

Sorry but I don't know the answer to your question above....

Congrats on your new car.
I don't know what you are getting in The Netherlands, but I got:
a- cable and plug for usage with 220/240V
b- cable with plug for 380V/400V (= 22kwh).
c- cable for public charging stations.

If you already have 22kw wall charger, then you don't need mobile charger.
I guess that you can use cable that comes with your wall charger, right?
Or, maybe "c" from the list above.

Maybe you should contact your dealer for an explanation?
Or, post some photos here, so we'll see what you are talking about at all...

In Belgium we only get the 11 kw charger (EVSE) that connect to you normal Dutch / Belgian Schucko stopcontact. 22 kw Connect charger is a 1500 euro option. The normal charging cable to connect to public chargers is also optional I ordered it. You can use any type 2 charging cable, just make sure it is ready for 3 fase 22 kw. I have a wall box with integrated cable. Thought it was easier.
With the mobile charger I also got a additional red 32 industrial plug.

Just to be sure. You can charge or with your mobilecharger in your normal home plug or you can connect your car with a separate, optional, cable to your 22 kW charger. You can’t connect the Mobile charger to your 22 kW charger.

I haven’t mentioned that, but mobile charger is an option here as well.

You don’t get a charger with the car? Only a cable.
Mobile charger is an option (means additional about 1700€ if I recall correctly), while cable for public chargers comes with the car for free.

Sorry to hear that man. That is just crazy to receive such an email on delivery day!
No issue at al. I got my car on the 13th of May. I’ve order it back in October, but I just wanted to be delivered on May 22 because I still needed to return another car in April.
The dealership where I’ve purchased the car is Porsche Centrum Twente.
Btw is your name portuguese?

I will receive a new cable. Right now I am using the cable from my Xc90 T8 which doesn’t go further than 4kwh…

The car comes with either the standard PMC+ or the PMCC if you pay extra as you have done.

In any event it will be supplied with two supply cables (standard domestic plug for your region and a 32A industrial connector or higher if you specified it and have a 3 phase electric supply to get the most out of your PMCC) and one EVSE (your "charger") to car cable either 4.5m or 7.5m in length.

Your home setup should be for the industrial connector matched to the supply available- single or three phase. Don’t use the domestic plug supply connector as this will limit charging speed to 3kW unless you have to or use it as a mobile unit at a weekend retreat or similar.

Do you have a single or three phase electric supply?

Did you option the 22kW AC onboard charger for the car?

More detail would help.
