Hi,Anyone has this issue if you try and change Climate settings?
Have you ever been able to connect the app to the car? Can you see the car on the Porsche website under MyPorsche when you log in? Have you been able to correctly see info about the car in the app? Charge level, odometer etc?
Does your car have the LTE internet connection when you drive? Can you play Apple Music or internet radio?
There are many reasons why this happens.
The car may not be connected to the internet via cellular network because of bad coverage, no signal. Your phone may have a signal but the car might be on a different network without coverage.
Your phone might not be able to connect to the Porsche server. Is it correctly set up
Your car might not connect to the Porsche server, is that correctly set up?
The Porsche Server might be unavailable or out of capacity?
Porsche Connect should be able to help you determine the problem since there is an error code.
