Seeking help with audio/entertainment system

About nine months in and really enjoying my MY25 4S, but in the last few days my audio has started to go haywire. First it was that it no longer was willing to stream an out-of-town radio station through the Apple Car Play and Audacy app; it still recognizes the station, but when I hit the arrow to press play, nothing happens. A new, worse problem: if I try to listen to an FM station (not using Apple Car Play), every 15-30 seconds, the car decides I’d rather be listening to some of my music on Apple Car Play, and switches over to whatever I was listening to the last time I played music through Apple Car Play. I keep switching back to the radio, but my car keeps insisting that I go back to the music. Hoping someone here has the cure, as I lack confidence in my dealer.

Assume you have tried resetting the pcm? Two fingers in the upper right corner.

Similar issues - I did the reset as mentioned before. It helps. I also find when I first start my drive, I leave the PCM alone for a minute or two which helps. It's like it has to wake up after a nights rest

I have found that certain actions on an iPhone while listening to music through the PCM will “hijack” the audio. Fortunately, only happens when my wife is working her phone while I’m driving. ?
