I’ve had 3 issues over the last week.

1) parked in my heated garage, upon departing got a chassis error. Car rode like it was on bricks for suspension. A quick restart of the car and it cleared.
2) about 2 days later (again in my heated garage) I power the car on and get an “electrical error. Service necessary” and car would not even shift into drive. Again, a restart cleared it.
3) finally last night my wife leaving from work (parked outside, around 30 degrees) another chassis error just like scenario 1 above. A restart and it cleared.

Car just hit 10k miles and is not quite a year old. We have had some severe cold snaps lately but again the car stays in a 70 degree garage. Curious if anyone else has seen a combination of these issues? The root cause of the chassis errors seems to be all over the place.

Had my first yellow chassis error warning yesterday as I drove off my driveway the other day. Cleared on a restart. 18 month old 4S CT with 17k. Parked outside in SoCal. Ho hum.

Issue persist. I’m actually getting tow chassis error alerts, both with the same messaging. One is a picture of a strut, the other is a photo of a car with a “rollover” arrow. The electrical error only presents about 1/5th as often.

I’m going to put the car on my lift and inspect for leaks - otherwise it’s scheduled for service later this month. I have noticed from time to time after being parked that the passenger front corner seems low. I had chalked it up to my garage floor and the slope for drains - but now I’m suspicious it’s a leak.

Was the electrical system error yellow, or red?

All have been yellow. All have cleared with a quick off/on.

I had a similar issue as #1/#3; at first it was sporadic but then started to happen more frequently, so I brought it in to be looked at.

Apparently there is a wiring harness on the passenger side that goes under the front passenger foot area and through the wheel well. It wasn’t secured properly, so the wheel ended up rubbing against the harness and causing damage. They replaced the harness a few months ago, problem gone now.

Get a $10 ENET cable and use MapEV Diag to pull codes.
Random guessing is a waste of time.
interesting, looking into this now - I am unfamiliar with the platform. I have PIWIS but unfortunately my version does not support the Taycan. Appreciate the recommendation.

Quick update. I definitely have a leaky air spring somewhere. Came home and measured the fender gap on all 4 corners, after just two to three hours the front passenger wheel is absolutely slammed, front drivers is slight lower (guessing to the front passenger) and both rears are sitting higher.

Quick update. Dealer initially thought there were some malfunctioning sensors dude to cold weather, but that turned out not to be the issue. They simply replaced the right front air strut as a bit of last resort and that seemed to have solved the issue. Around 10k miles on the vehicle and it came out of nowhere.

I received the Yellow Chassis Error during my round trip from VA to MA. My Taycan will be in the shop later this week.

The Taycan is still level and is not slanting to one side. I did notice a difference when traveling over bumps on the highway right after the chassis error was displayed. In Sport mode, instead of a vertical up-and-down motion, I felt more of a left-to-right motion, and it did not bottom out. It did not adversely affect the handling.

Update: Root Cause: Front wheel speed sensor cable. The faulty driver's front wheel speed sensor cable was replaced, and the issue is resolved.
