I’ve taken advantage of the free Porsche Charging subscription and tried it out for the first time last night just to make sure it worked.

The Porsche app still says that there is no charging history or invoices.

Is that normal? How long do they normally take to appear? I just wanted to work out the effective cost per kWh as it includes cost per minute as well.

Hi, it can take 3 to 4 days. If you use Ionity there is no minute charge just gbp 0.30 per kWh. Ionity network in Sweden works well.

Hi again, you may want to use the app Chargefinder and filter 350k plus and Ionity or your other preferred ootions. The app shows real time availability as does the porsche map for the selected charging station when you use navigation or those in the vicinity. Cirkel K in Sweden is also a good alternative but more than double the price in the first 3 years compared to the Porsche charging service.

Invoices are issued electronically (emailed and in your Porsche app) at the start of each month, usually the 2nd or sometimes 3rd.

Individual session records usually appear in the app almost immediately, though sometimes there may be a small delay.

Sometimes though, for whatever reason, a charge just never appears in the account.

Invoices are now coming in once a month when I use it! Did have a few issues with final demand notices from Germany for services I did not receive- eventually sorted. I think it’s about 90p a kWH which is a total rip off!

Are you on the ‘new’ tariffs. That’s a ridiculous price.

Thanks. I charged on Friday and there is no charge history on the app or any money come out of my account. I suppose it’ll appear in due course.
