Taycan 4s Electrical system Malfunction

Taycan 4s has electrical system red malfunction,
The codes I have seems to indicate that cells 18,19,20 are faulty, this is the additional 3 in the performance battery, I’m seeing from a picture attached it’s like there is a fuse feeding these 3 has anyone else had this issue and has any feedback on this ?
also shutting down and re energising the HV battery how is that done on piwis 3

Have you tried to clear all errors or reprogramme the BCM?

I have tried to clear all the errors, these are the ones that remain, I have not tried reprogramming the BCM, any ideas how would reprogramme this on PIWIS 3 ?
