Taycan charging rate dropped.

I've had a Taycan 4S for 18 months now and always charged it on my 240v 32Amp home charger. I've always got a 7kwh charge rate until recently, it has now dropped to only 3.7kwh. I know it's not the charger, as I've tried others only to get the same result - around a 50% reduction in charge rate - any ideas?

When the charge rate on my 22 4S suddenly dropped by more than 50% on my home EVSE (and others I tried), dealer service found that the car's on-board charger needed to be replaced. Replacing on-board charger fixed it.

I had a similar issue with another EV and it turned out the cable was the root cause. The cable used to charge at 32A but one day it started to limit the current and the wall charger was only allowing 20A instead of 32A previously. I thought it was due to the charger or the car but swapping with a brand new cable did the trick. Always start with the cheapest possibility.

Thanks for your input, do you mean the cable from the charger to the car or from the power supply to the charger?

As it happens, I had a brand new spare charger (to be installed at home). I've swapped it and it's made no difference - I'm convinced it's something to do with the car.
