Turning off car

Do I have to physically turn power off the car or is it sufficient to put car in park and lock car. That's what I used to do with my Tesla Model 3.

Either works - press/hold the power button first, or just lock the car And it will power down for you.

Recommend pressing and holding the power button as per owner manual (sorry to be a pedant but in case of issues later...)
