TYD Says delivered but dealer says not?

I got a notification that my car was delivered to the dealer, but when I contacted my SA he said it hadn’t arrived yet.
Anyone else experience the same?

We had the opposite, TYD said the car was still in port, but the dealer had the car. TYD is far from perfect.

My car delivered to me Thursday. TYD said it had been delivered to my dealer a week before. Dealer only received the car last Wednesday evening as all cars are delivered to a holding, testing, preparation centre due to a lack of space at the dealership. So perhaps like mine yours is one week away?

I had this happen too. In my case, TYD was correct. I took a ride down to the dealership and drove around in the back to find It.

Warning - seeing you car prior to dealer prep can be tough. They can look pretty rough from the journey.
