[uk] charging service didnt auto renew and now have error

I previously saw all the posts that the charging service auto renews so don't worry about the 1 year limit
Well today (2 weeks after 1 yr) went on a long drive, pulled into ionity charger
My charge card doesn't work
See in app my service has expired
Renew on website manually for £0 but now the card is invalid and new one has to be sent

But in app it says "the charging service was not selected as the standard contract " and I can't get it work
I had to ring porsche at the charger for them to manually activate charging

All seems okay on the website

How do I fix this?
I have a long drive back home!

Update
Signing out and back into app now allows it to see the contract
Wish me luck tonight!
