Hi All- Brakes have been particularity erratic last few days. Wet weather, not working, next day dry weather still very hit and miss when peddle first hit. Several braking scenarios that really made me slightly nervous when simply braking either behind a car or when stopping at a junction.

Looking at my discs the surface is not consistant.

Are they supposed to look like this?

Speak to your dealer and get it examined. Read another thread in this forum that describes a similar issue.

You may well have a braking issue where - at least according to the post I read - calipers need bleeding and air bubbles removing. It would explain the uneven friction marks.

I'm not saying that is your issue, but it sounds similar.

Get it booked into the workshop as it could be dangerous to either your person, your wallet or both.

Let other owners and hopeful owners on this forum know what the problem is and what the solution was.
