When will the 2026's be available?

When I ordered my car late april, the configuration just changed to my26. My dealer also confirmed on my order it’s a model 2026. .
my car just arrived at the dealer, I will take delivery next week.

also, this news item from late March confirms the new MY could be ordered, so I presume at least from next week new model year cars will be delivered.

For the US a bunch of 2026 inventory is showing up for sale in September.

This means the cars are built, ship out soon to get to the US in August, for September delivery.

My understanding was that the new model year production starts around July - so you got a very early one! You'll be able to confirm from the VIN if you have it.

Interesting if this is the case. They will be emulating the '25 j1.2 roll out, which did not follow the 'historical pattern' of post summer shutdown new model year production.

You're looking for the 10th character letter code denoting model year which you can look up here: vin-to-year-chart. A 2026 model will have a "T" as the 10th character.

I have the "App Centre", I think that, and that my vin has the T as 10th character confirm it is a my26. So the conclusion is, the my26 is available

If you notice any further changes, or give more details about the PCM, would be good

Maybe a picture from settings of software and hardware versions, so we can confirm if it runs same version as Macan EV

I can only compare to my previous 2023 Taycan. There where already changes with the Taycan J1.2 I believe, so I don't know for sure what's different in my26, apart from (I believe) the App Centre
