Opinions about wheel and brake color on GTS + Mission-E's

The planned car: Gentian Blue GTS + black Mission-E's (prefer that over RS Spyder) + PSCB

I am sadly waffling between:

Wheel painted colors: Gloss Black vs Jet Black Metallic vs Blue Exterior
Brake caliper colors: Gloss Black vs White

I cannot tell the difference between the Gloss Black and Jet Black Metallic on the configurator images

Thoughts/preferences on the combinations?

I initially fell in love with this rendering:

Gloss Black + Black calipers:

Its all personal preference. But if you fell in love with that first render go for those options.

Agreed...it's preference. But....

You spent the money on upgrading to PSCBs, show those humongous calipers off. Black takes away from the sheer size of those suckers, and hides them behind an already black wheel.

with regard to wheel color, I’m hoping someone has insight into gloss black vs jet black. My dealer cannot show examples…

All personal preference but I’d never match the lip color to the car. Also, I’d choose black over JBM, as I don’t think the subtle flop in JBM will look good on a wheel.

I saw a black Taycan with black Mission E rims and white calipers this weekend, and I kept thinking "Oops. That's just too much caliper". On a dark car, I found it distracting.

Not a fan of the matching exterior color on the wheels. It's just too much.

Personally I’d go black callipers with the blue/black wheels and Gentian blue paint.

But then I’m biased as I’m planning for my Gentian blue GTS to have the black RS Spyder wheels and black callipers!

This is the correct opinion with Gentian: satin wheels, yellow calipers. If you don't want to go with the correct opinion, choose what you like best, that's all that matters

My GTS ST has RS Spyder wheels with white PSCB. Go with your gut, that first render looks great.

Black calipers if you’re serious. Red is acceptable, yellow belongs on Ferraris, and blue is for BMWs. White is for posers in Mercedes and drug dealers in Range Rovers.

IMO the only reason to get mission E’s is to have the colored lip. I personally think it’s what makes the car pop. Of your options above I’d go with your gut and go gloss black, blue lip and white calipers. If you like the all black look, which I definitely do as well I’d go with the 21 Spyders with white or black calipers.

Agree 100%. Daveo has this spec and when I saw it in person it looked amazing.
