I have a car lift with limited clearance above the roof of the vehicle parked below it. I would like to option a Taycan Cross Turismo with Active Ride Suspension. The clearance is not enough to allow the Active Ride Suspension Comfort Entry feature to clear the lift structure. Does anyone know if the Comfort Entry feature that automatically raises the vehicle can be turned off?
Thanks!

If it can't be done via PCM, then it would have to be PIWIS.

Thank you all. I was just at Porsche San Diego to refine my order and we tried to defeat Comfort Access/Active Ride on a Taycan turbo S and the salesperson could not get it to stop elevating upon door opening. Is that "user-error"?

Are you sure you didn’t mixed up with the Comfort access feature that refers to the ability to unlock doors while approaching the vehicle ?

Yes, it is a setting. Saw it myself when I got my car a few weeks ago and they demonstrated it to me. In the new car it was turned off, so we turned it on.

Dealer error.

It is found here in the menu: Comfort -> Porsche Active Ride -> "Comfort Entry Height"

Not to be mistaken with: Comfort -> "Comfort Entry" (which is the seat and steering wheel moving)

Thank you all for following up!! The salesperson did confuse the two different settings but I was able to get in a Taycan Turbo S with Active Ride and work through those settings and it see how it works. Glad that I can move forward with ordering Active Ride and be confident that as long as I keep it turned off it won't rise up and crush the roof on my lift:)
