Well, I believe that "turbo" and "turbocharger" are English words. Since the English language is a fluid language...it's completely possible for the word to have duality.Turbo(charger) would only be an appropriate name for the 350kW charger so yes, I can understand that, it means speed, fast, high power etc.
But naming a CAR "Turbo" means it has a turbo so that doesn't make sense cuz it doesn't have a turbo, it's related to internal combustion engines.
The basic models also have high spinning electric motors but aren't called "Turbo" either.
