Model: Taycan RWD (J1.1) 2023 with Performance Battery
Recently, I’ve noticed that charging speeds at Porsche Turbo Charging Stations (360 kW) have been consistently below 180 kW, even when starting the charge session at under 20% battery SOC. So this is not a case of charging at a high battery percentage.
To verify the issue, I also tested at a third party 360 kW DC fast charging station. Even there, charging speeds could not exceed 180 kW while charging at low SOC.
Previously, under similar conditions, the car was able to reach around 224 to 225 kW without any issue.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
Could this be related to the WST2 update introducing a charging power limitation?
