I am still standing by for mine after about 5/6 weeks. I called Porsche customer service number yesterday and they said that they are behind and to give them another couple of weeks for the check. If it doesn’t show, call them back and they will try to track it down. Won’t hurt to wait another...
Thank you! This is very helpful and informative.
I asked in my original post, and verified in talks other EV owners, others with firefighting backgrounds and some engineering types, and they cannot show me nor do they know of any correlative data that shows more people actually getting...
Wow...aren't you a charming one. Bet people just love you. Don't talk to me or my posts again please. You have nothing constructive or respectful to add. Feel free to block me and I'll do the same. Thanks
Hmm…I don’t know anything about F1 racing or the dangers involved, but the electrocution scenario sounds improbable to impossible….that’s not how the battery or electricity in a car platform works. I’ve never seen a report of anyone getting electrocuted from an EV or Hybrid (that of course...
You guys so old and so behind….real playas use that Moo-Martian air! Imported from the Lunar alps and fertile Martian plains via magical interplanetary screaming goats! Guaranteed not to leave creases in your tires! Up yo’ game ya’ll, you drive Porsches now! 🤣
Yes, I’m very sorry you are going thru this too. But I do think that’s a generous offer, even if it’s not really financially compensating you for your monthly costs and all. With the addition (assuming at the end) of the warranty extension for 2 years, I’d take that. In the end, i hope they get...
Had mine over 2 years now. 40k miles, daily driver family car and a few road trips as well. Still absolutely love it! It has issues like any other car, but by and large one of the best cars I’ve ever owned.
Yeah…nothing against Walmart but that’s not what I’m exactly looking for, is more chargers at Walmarts. EA chargers there tend to be in the worst spots and i always feel like I’m showing off or something, showing up to Walmart in a Porsche. I do appreciate them trying tho. Maybe other stores...
I had the same issue. My LTE/coms went out for 3 weeks. Finally got it into the dealer and when they hooked it up for diagnostic, it magically came back on. It’s been about a week now and still working. They don’t know what happened or why. I’m just glad it’s “fixed”.
Glad to see the expansion and of course would like to see them step up reliability quite a bit. They have less love for Alabama tho as their map shows none for “coming soon”. I have been told by their reps that a few more stations are coming in 2024 to Alabama, including Huntsville. So those...
I had similar issue since March 8. The car was not communicating with the app or website, the LTE symbol did not appear and some of the radio services were greyed out. I took it into the shop this week and while running diagnostics, the LTE radio kicked back on. They noted everything but could...
I like his EV content but i noticed that too. My wife would have slapped the taste out of my mouth and left me if i acted like he did sometimes towards her. Not my place to tell him how to act ( I almost commented on one of his videos about that but decided against it), but i did notice it.
Looks amazing! Just downloaded, once i get the issue resolved of why my car isn’t talking to the app or Porsche network apparently, I’ll start trying to get full use out of the app. Thanks for making this!
Having the same problem. My car has not checked in since March 8. Tried reinstalling the app but no joy. Car seems fine but I can't get it to check in. The my Porsche website is getting same results, no info since March 8
I had the Pilot 4S tires on mine and about 36k miles in 2 years is what i got on them. I like to speed, but I mostly daily drive to work where i really can’t get up to too much with traffic and not many twisty roads in my vicinity. I bought another set and put them right back on there.
The only chargers in their network equipped for high speed are in NY and CA as of right now. Hopefully they will expand to other areas soon. That lock symbol means the charger (which would only be a L2 charger) is in a gated area, not for public access.
