I don't think dealers have room to discount 15%, I think at most you can get 8% for brand new car. 15% perhaps for demo model. This might change if Porsche gives more incentives at the end of month, but to my knowledge they don't have 10%-15% to give on a new car.

I was quoted a 10% discount plus the $7500 rebate on a lease... I wasn't even in the negotiating process, just asked about numbers on a lease.....

I negotiated the MSRP with a 10% discount. The lease formula was the same as advertised, but takes into account a different MSRP as per the discount.

I find it really interesting that everyone is talking about what discounts are available!

In the UK, you pretty much cannot get discounts on any brand new Porsche.

I'd assume the EPA range doesn't help over in US even though it's basically almost 300 miles in reality. It's selling well I think maybe just not as well as they thought. Also lots of demos have discounts and the cross turismo is on the horizon.

It all depends on how desperate the dealership is to move the car. On a percentage basis, a highly optioned one doesn't necessarily mean a bigger % discount.
