@rockye, are you actually driving the 200km and the battery is showing near 0% (after starting from 80%), or is it that your car is giving you an estimate of 200km range. If the latter, is that with or without any active destination in the Porsche Navigation?
No, the car gives around 280km range on 80% charge, yet the maximum I can get if I drive to zero is 180-200km with very normal driving. That's why I asked if everyone else preheats their battery and charges it overnight and their battery is always warm and they always turn off the AC, this way I would understand people getting 300km or more.

I recently got a 2023 4s CT with 25k km on it, yet during the winter in Bulgaria with weather ranging from -4C to +5-7C, I can barely get 200km range on 80% battery. I have 20-inch aero wheels with Pirelli P Zero Winter NF0.

I am using the AC on ECO set to 23 degrees, I don't preheat the car in the morning because it loses 5-10% battery for the preheating.

My every day trip to work takes around 20-22 minutes, 12-15 minutes I am on the highway driving with 80-100km per hour(50-60 miles per hour).
If most of your driving is 20 mins to work and back at -4 to +5°C, then I think your range is normal. I do the same sort of driving (not plugged in a night) and get the same range. The car is heating up for those 20 mins - twice a day - so that hugely affects range. If you are doing a 2 hour drive, check the miles done per 10% of charge used and it will give you a much better idea. As one of the posters above says - do a DC charge to warm the battery and see what the miles per 10% charge are. In the winter on long drives I get circa 210 miles per 100% charge (but when used just for going to work and back its down to estimated 150 miles per 100% charge). In summer its up to 270 miles or 300miles + if I am pootling back and forth to work.

Are you parking outside over night? What's the battery temp when you start the car?

Chun, if you were responding to my post, over the last 6 weeks we have had overnight temps between -5 and +3°C (until it warmed up on Thursday!) and most mornings the battery was showing 1 or 2°C. The car is parked outside and open to the cold easterly wind Scotland has endured since early January (cold for Scotland but nowhere near the cold you lot get on mainland Europe). The 20 min drive to work is therefore bringing the cabin and battery up in temperature. I set the interior temp to 20°C and use the seat heater and steering wheel heating. I charge for free in work so not bothered about range when doing this sort of driving.
The range is so much better if I am doing a long drive and plug in overnight to get to 100% and warm the car.

My parking is inside; so that’s why I get 360-380km in winter at 100%; as I don’t think I’ve ever seen the battery below 10-14 Celsius degrees on a completely “cold” start

I am actually driving them most of the time, I charge at about 10-30km left on the dashboard most of the time.

I was trying to clarify if you were having an mileage guessometer issue or an actual range issue. As others have said, things which will make range shorter are:
  • short trips, or number of times the car has to heat up
  • very low outside temperatures, especially if doing a lot of short trips
  • parking at low outside temperatures exposed to wind
  • bad weather (rain, snow)
  • very high outside temperatures (AC uses energy)
  • high highway speeds
  • terrain (going up-hill uses more, going down-hill can actually increase range)
  • spirited driving (many high accelerations)
Most of those affect gasoline cars as well, it's just that people don't pay as much attention to gasoline car range. A Bugatti Veyron can use up its entire tank of gas in 5 minutes when going at max speed.

Basically, if you use the car, it’ll consume energy! (or petrol!) ?
The main differences between EV and petrol are:
  1. ICE engines have an extreme surplus of heat, so heating the car is essentially free (as much as 80% of energy from gasoline turn into heat no matter what)
  2. ICE cars can be deep frozen without using energy. EV's require some energy while parked to keep the battery from getting too cold
