I’m shopping for a used Taycan Turbo and have found a clean 2020 with Olea leather. The car is really clean with little signs of wear, but the interior has a really strong chemical order that is almost sweet. Is this from the Olea leather, possibly mixed with whatever cleaner the dealer used when detailing or something else? I have a hard time imagining the leather would still have a strong scent after 3 years but I believe they use unique chemicals in the tanning process so am open to this being how this particular leather smells.

Owners with 2+ year old Olea interiors, any thoughts?

I highly doubt it’s the leather. Likely from cleaning products. I’d smell the carpets to see if it’s coming from a chemical shampoo.
