Oh wow...that must have been an agonizing wait. My CT4 arrived at Emden one week earlier than TYD estimate, but I'm not expecting an early delivery.

While the car was being built, I was in no rush. As soon as I found out it was sitting in Emden, the wait became agonizing! I'm on the same boat (pun intended) as JGF; my car missed two ships heading to JAX as well.
Here's what your TYD may look like once a vessel is assigned to your car:

The vessel name showed up on my app even while it was sitting at Emden.

After you get this message, you can go to a number of websites (vesselfinder, fleetmon, etc) to track your ship.

I spoke to my SA today and he has seen cars take up to 3 weeks after they arrive in the port to get to the dealership! And it may be delayed for longer if there’s a stop sale for any reason. By now, your SA may have information on whether there’s a freeze or stop sale in your car. Give them a call.
