Hello
Have anyone has the same experience about charginig fail when charging at 3rd party AC station.
When I plug-in the charger to Taycan, they start to communication. After a while, the charging process began.
Strange thing, after about 10 minutes of charging, the car screen displayed charging failure, while the charging device indicated charging completed, resulting in only 4Kw of power actually being charged.
So I tried again, and the result was similar. The charging failed within a few minutes of starting.
I have call the charging station about this situation, and they provide the log. Seems the car stop the charging process so charger shows charging complete.
But how to get the log/report from Taycan? Is there any way I can know what's going on during charging?
