Charging Is Not Possible / Plug Locked-Unlocked When Recognized

So, on my first trip using public chargers, I’m finding that I can’t use any public fast chargers. My first stop was an EA station that I was at for about...an hour before giving up. Every time that the plug was inserted, the status ring would immediately turn red and the console would tell me that “charging is not possible”. Same with the EV go station.

I checked the options on the charging menu, and as soon as the plug was plugged,it would get locked out.
