Hi guys, my Porsche Connect app stopped working since the 4th of December.
Car status and location is "frozen", timers can't be updated, changed or send.
Battery level is still same since the 4th of December, which isn't.
I already contacted the developer of the app (Porsche mobility), so far no news from them after a ticket has been made.

Anyone here experiences the same issues with the Connect app?

Have the dealer check the state of the OTA Control Module. May not be in a fault condition - instead may have reverted to a state similar to a pre-delivery condition but is now stuck. No idea if this is a common problem at all, but that's what happened to mine with a similar symptom. Don't delete your user profile from the car until it's replaced - otherwise you will lose whatever is working (e.g. Apple Music, Internet Radio) until the module is replaced - IFF that is the problem.

My module was already replaced in October.
I deleted my profile and re-entered it again but no joy: "name and password don't match" while it is the correct combo (it does work online to log in but there I see the same incorrect state of the car).
Indeed, it looks like the car has no internet connection to update its status or to log in anymore.
Thx for reply.
I think I'll try again today, otherwise I'll contact my dealer.

You may end up having to delete your login from the car, then factory reset the car while it has a good cell signal (and working OTA module), then delete the vehicle from your Porsche ID then delete your Porsche ID, then have your dealer issue a new invitation, then complete setting up your Porsche ID, PIN and log into the vehicle. That sequence, in that order, is what finally worked for me.

My dealer says a hard reset may solve it.
Car goes to dealer at 28th.
Let's see what happens.
I'm also curious what Porsche will be the loaner.
So far I had the 992 C4S (in which I set my PR, 305km/h), a Taycan 4S (I'm so glad I have a Turbo S!...) and a Panamera 4S E-Hybrid, also very very nice!
Great service all the way,
Porsche Centrum Twente!
Very nice people too.

Also had a Panamera 4S e-Hybrid loaner for a week - very impressive car. Handling was great.

Handling was good, not great imho.
It felt heavy.
That's funny cuz my Taycan weighs about the same but it's much more agile and lively.
I guess I'm spoiled... :)

I’ve had the same issue since approximately the same date (Dec 4)
You guys recommend contact app support first or dealer? Bought the car on Oct 30 this year.
Taycan Turbo

Had the Panamera 4S e-hybrid in Sport+ And it had the performance package (US). Sport Sound was also sweet.

Did it have Internet for other stuff like the radio?

Connect app support sucks.
Contact your dealer.

Hi,
Did it have Internet for other stuff like the radio?
Radio is DAB so that's a different protocol.
Problem is the connection to the Porsche server.
The car isn't updating or can't be updated.
It's locked in status.
But I'm not going to guess what the problem is, that's up to the dealer. :)

Thank you for your reply. I meant the Internetradio not the DAB. So i meant the Internet in general Apple Music for example. Does this work beside the connect failure?

It doesn't matter.
The car doesn't update to the server or vv.
My Porsche dealer is going to solve it so I'm done investigating. :)
