First of all, THANK YOU to everyone that answered my questions (and for your patience with my sometimes redundant questions). New to the EV world and making a big leap, and honestly if it wasn't for everyone's help here I probably wouldn't have switched to the Taycan from my Cayenne!

Went through several Taycan options, and settled between these two, so I decided to pay the deposit at the Porsche Center and on Sunday will have the final pick between the two cars as they reserved both. Both cars are Taycan 4S 2023 with very similar specs and options

Option 1: Frozen Blue with Truffle Brown interior

Option 2: Volcano Grey with Red/black interior

I love the Frozen blue as a color, but still debating the combination of Frozen Blue with Truffle Brown interior. I Love the red interior on the Volcano Grey, but not sure if the grey hides the "tear drop" at the front lights.

If those are the only two choices, I would pick the volcano gray. Mostly because the truffle brown interiors are almost 100% brown with no contrast. Admittedly I have not seen truffle brown in person. The red looks amazing and fits well with most exterior colors

I've seen volcano gray and frozen blue in person and it's not my preferences overall, but IMO frozen blue is a very "loud" color and with a full brown interior makes it very eclectic combination

Colors are very personal, but we are here to provide opinions when asked.

Option 1: This would be my choice since Frozen Blue is pretty unique color and to your point, shows the lines of the Taycan very well, because it is a light color against black roof and trim. I have seen it in person, and it is stunning, and in a hot and dry climate that would look great. This color goes well with interior Truffle, which is a one tone, but the most premium type (Olea) with about everything covered in leather such as seat backs. This would not be my choice of interior color, but I do not see an issue with it. Also, I see that this one has the VLC roof based on the center screen graphic, which would be a must in a hot climate without having a roof shade. I did not order it since I prefer after-market removable shade.

Option 2: This is a very dark color and hides all the lines and shows all the dust, scratches, and swirls, and depending how it was taken care of, it will look worn out. The two tone is nice but, for example seat backs will not be covered in leather.

There’s got to be some differences in options that you could share.

But on color alone, I would get blue with brown.

You will notice a significant difference in leather quality , the brown is nice but not sporty , more luxury - I personally don’t like that blue(I think it “cheapens” the look of car - so for me , it’s an ez choice - gray

A couple of years ago I looked at a Panamera in a dark bronze colour (must look up what Porsche call it probably Ristretto, though might have been Mahogany) which had a truffle interior ? . For me the interior was way too much brown (what in the UK I'd refer to as "milk chocolate") - everywhere! It was a shame because otherwise it was a gorgeous car: TurboS e-hybrid with loads of options.

My advice would be: sit in the car for a while and look around - could you live with that? - every day?

Another thought: "Option 2: Volcano Grey with Red/black interior" would be much easier to sell.

It's done, after going through several options my heart leaned towards the volcano grey. Thanks for all the help  will post photos once I receive the car

Red is a very marmite interior colour and may attract fewer buyers. Dark exterior colours look great when clean and shiny, light exterior colours look great more of the time. But it is what floats your boat that counts.

Blue paint and brown interior is always a great choice - probably one of my favorite combinations. Also cannot go wrong with red interior and darker paint.
