specifically for the underside plastics. Both of the small diffuser things in front of the rear wheels have been torn off by going through floodwater and the front undertray ripped when the ruddy lift that was engaged going into a charge station de engaged on the way out. All seems flimsy as hell.

Given that water is about 800x more dense than air, i would not be surprised if wading through floodwater at an even moderate speed could have a damaging effect on plastic fairings ?

Those parts are 20% talc filled polypropylene. I think fairly common and reasonably durable, but you don’t want them too strong so they break instead of the mounts/attachments. They aren’t particularly expensive as Porsche parts go ($100s).
