Easee Home Charger Issues / Timers

And you have the access as open? Other than that I cant think what it might be. When I plug in the car it will always charge for a few minutes, which I assume is for the car to figure out when to start the charge to hit the timer.
Yes access set to open. Agree, it always initiates the charging process but then, instead of “pausing” on the Easee app it just shows as “session completed”. To me this is what causes the problem, as the charger is no longer looking to supply charge by the time the car demands it hours later… I’ve contacted Easee and Porsche but neither seem find anything of relevance. The car spent 2 days at dealership and charged on both sides without any issues; we demanded a new charger from Easee as this was happening so often it was stopping us from using the car. All taken into account it leads me to conclude there’s some software issue between Easee that means it’s not compatible with Porsche’s charging software. We were using the Easee scheduler to begin with, then stopped that and started using the Porsche charging profile to see if that’d work. Neither seems to work on an overnight schedule. But if plugged in directly to charge immediately, then there’s no issue - only when scheduled.
