Bought my car a year ago but dealer was quoting USD$2500 for the T&W package at that time. Good for 5 years. Listed as Porsche (dealer?) direct. This covers up to 8 wheel repairs. Maybe not completely worth it from only that perspective as you can get them done for around $200-250 (Mission-e painted) each time but I usually get the coverage as it's equally worth it (IMO) for the tires. Since Porsche will not repair the tires, you automatically get a replacement tire for a $50 deductible when anything goes wrong with it. I had a small nail in mine recently, took it in, brand new tire for $50. I have also taken advantage of 1 free wheel painting/repair thus far while my car was in for one of the recent software upgrades. Wheel replacement is a different threshold, much more difficult, and usually as a result of accident and/or other severe damage. Again, IMO Still worth it for cosmetic wheel repair and tire coverage.
Thanks. I was guessing $1700-$2,500 so about what I was anticipating. I have always made my money back on the T&W warranties and in most cases paid for itself a couple of times over.

Went to fd-warranty.com and got these quotes…
@paladin732 and @Chedman13 - FD Warranty’s site states that “all the plans offered are the genuine factory backed plans, exactly the same as you'd get from your local dealership.”
… yet there are references to Fidelity. Is FD selling the actual Porsche Platinum Protection plan, or just a feature-for-feature equivalent?

I hear you especially w.r.t. the tires that you get with the car. But having purchased many tire sets from TireRack over the years my experience has been excellent with their warranty which also fast ships a replacement new tire direct to you or to your preferred installer for any kind of nail damage - I've had to do this 3 times in the last 6 years and has been seamless. Actually same almost true with outfits like Discount Tire. Can't recall immediately but fairly sure TireRack's coverage was less than $50 a tire - either way something to compare with outside of a dealer insurance package.

FD is selling Fidelity.
My Porsche dealer sells Porsche and Fidelity. Porsche is 2x the price of Fidelity so the dealer doesn’t even recommend it. Porsche is backed by some other insurer anyways so it’s basically aftermarket anyways.

I have a friend who also sells Fidelity (manger at Toyota), so if you want a no BS deal PM me. Car must be under factory warranty to be purchased.

I just got a quote from Troy. He responded within minutes. His quote for Fidelity Platinum is WAY lower than the Porsche dealers are quoting me here in SoCal. Thanks for the tip!

I just bought my Fidelity 10 year/100k/$0 deductible today.

I also bought the 84 month, wheel and tire warranty.

My dealership quoted the exact same policies, just 60% higher.
