Only the red brake calipers for the 4S and black for the RWD.

and if I remember correctly, the brakes are physically the same, except for the colour.

Yes, brakes are same specification. Just different colour callipers.
The window surround trim is matte black on base 2WD or CT4. It is chrome on all the 4S versions.
Rear badges both silver but they are different. I bet you can guess how….

Difference between base Taycan (RWD) and Taycan 4S


Exterior differences (4S)

• Side window trims in silver (high gloss)
• Brake calipers painted in red
• Door sill guards in brushed aluminium (with stainless steel loading edge protection)

Other differences (4S)

• Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PSM) motors on the front and rear axles
• Adaptive Air Suspension including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)
• LED headlights including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
