Edited: Recap of 4 days: no online radio followed by no LTE datacomm followed by services restored.

Day 1: I was unable to display or play any PCM online radio stations.
LTE symbol/datacomm link to car working.
On the PCM media display, the tab with globe symbol to show online radio was greyed out.
When I pressed that tab, message was: “Service currently not available”.

In media display, if I did a search, no online/internet radio stations are retrieved.
Media search filter does not list online/internet as source.

In listing of Porsche connect services in car, the Radio Plus service is shown as inactive – contract valid. When I select Radio Plus, I get error message: Data connection not yet possible. Please try again later.

Day 2: Same situation as Day 1 except:
When I pressed tab in media display with globe symbol, message was:
“A data package error has occurred. Please check at MyPorsche.”

When I checked MyPorsche on the website and the app, nothing seemed out of order.
The car info was accessible. MyPorsche did not contain any messages related to online radio.

When I used the website to connect to Porsche Connect Store, I got a “Lost” page.

Day 3: LTE symbol missing. No datacomm link on Taycan. No online radio or several other Porsche Connect services.
Tried 2 finger PCM reset several times during the day. No change.
Took several trips in local area in Taycan. LTE connection was not present.
Website connection to Porsche Connect Store worked properly. No “lost” page.

Day 4: In morning, several short trips. No LTE.
On third trip, LTE datacomm was back on, online radio worked.
Porsche connect service list in car showed Radio Plus service as active.

What caused online radio to stop working for 2 days, progressing to no LTE for 11/2 days, and then all services restored? Unknown.

I have learned to treat the Taycan a bit like one of my ex girlfriends....

She used to occasionally go moody for no reason, but would usually just go back to normal after a while.

I never use the 'hey Porsche' thing, but I genuinely would if I could change it to 'hey Mel' - to see if it answered or not and what mood it's in.

I have been experiencing the same problem for approximately three weeks. Every time I attempt to access any feature that requires a network connection, I receive a "Service currently not available" message. This issue prevents me from accessing weather updates, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, internet radio, remote climate control, and remotely unlocking or locking the doors.

I have contacted Porsche's customer support on two separate occasions but have only received an automated reply message with no further response. Despite attempting to reset the PCM and unsubscribing and resubscribing to services, none of these actions have successfully resolved the issue.

Hopefully, the issue will resolve itself, but in the meantime it would be nice if Porsche would attempt to help me resolve the issue.

@christopher_b Does your Taycan have a datacomm connection to Porsche servers - "LTE" symbol in upper right of PCM? Or is it displaying symbol showing no datacomm - two horizontal lines with a slash?

It displays an icon with two horizontal lines and a slash. So I'm guessing that means it has no connection.

Yes. If the car does not have a cellular data connection with Porsche servers, the LTE symbol will not be present. That means no remote access to car from MyPorsche website and app, and no data services in the car.
Here is a link to post which lists possible remedies for no LTE data connection and other related information: https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/app-frozen-uk.16113/#post-247819

There are many threads on the forum about no LTE.
