I wish people would stop obsessing over this. The variance in range is more driven by battery size, driving mix (city/highway), wheel/tire combo, temperature and driving style than it is by battery health. Better to focus on the first five things if range matters than whether there is something wrong with your Taycan.

My range started going up since I started always driving on Sport mode with Regen on for a sporty feeling. I also disable partially the PSM to put in sport mode to have a bit of spin. Also I think I need to change the rear tires they are pretty worn.
So for a Porsche you need to do all the wrong things to get the range up 😂
Hopefully this will be helpful for everyone. 🤣 Good luck and don’t try hard

354 is impressive for the RWD! was that mostly highway or mixed driving?

I always thought this estimate reflects recent efficiency.

I typically don't look at overall range but more at the mi/kwh figure. For a j1.1 PB+ car, anything above 2.9 mi/kwh is materially above published estimates. On recent road trips, I was able to consistently achieve 2.8 - 3.2 mi/kwh (243 - 268 implied miles).
Lifetime, I'm at 2.5. RWD, PB+ with mission E wheels. Needless to say, my range sucks. about 220.

278 opening range, 32 mile drive (15 "A" roads, 12 M4/M32 and 5 mile through Bristol) and 3.6m/kwh consumption with a remaining range of 250 miles.
Air con was off

and it's a 5 year old Turbo with 53k miles

Well - temp on the journey was 17.5c. Not sure how the range is affected with nightime temp of 15 and day time of 24-ish

I got this yesterday, and have seen similar since getting one of the modules replaced in my 2020 4S in June. My range this summer has been awesome, but it’s also due to my recently repaired battery and battery interface module, but I’ll take it!

Interesting....my best range was 317 miles a few summers ago.
Currently, range is around 280-300 depending on accessories.
After 5 years of ownership, I wonder whether there are some sick cells?
I am waiting for the call from Porsche Syracuse for the checkup.

My car's range is not even remotely accurate. On this charge, to 80%, the car showed 220 mile range.

It's now down to 25% showing 63 miles range (suggesting 252 mile range) but the car has only traveled 105 miles. If I had 63 miles left then my range was only 168 miles vs the indicated 220 miles.

I'm showing 2.6 miles/kWh on this charge.

Burning 55% of the charge to cover 105 miles suggests a range of 190 miles.

Big battery, 10K miles, 21 4S with 21" wheels. Drive like grandpa in range or normal mode 99% of the time.

I see a lot of threads about amazing range; I don't get it...
I feel like I'm reading someone writing my experiences :) My GoM is about 220 at 80%, real range perhaps 190-200 for total battery

Sorry but range numbers are very boring. Let's have some lateral force numbers from exciting curves instead - that is more "Porsche" :)
Ohh I like it.
House rules:

Let me start this one off....
Full house of 1's makes 4.23

(just to add I've not done a launch control or an emergency stop yet) ;)
