I agree with everyone’s comments. How many times do you turn around after parking your Taycan and lovingly take a look over your shoulder?
Here’s a photo of the Taycan GT at The Quail a couple of weeks ago. Would it be crazy to buy one to park in the garage next to my wife’s GTS?

One thing I LOVE about the Taycan is how gorgeous it is in movement.

I've had cars that look good standing still, but when you're driving and you see a Taycan behind or infront of you it immediately stands out. Just has a fantastic presence to it.

A car still considered by any valet as deserving one of the few spots in front of the bests french hôtels... Last Friday at "Le Prince de Galles"... in good company when we went back to the car after dinner.

Not to boast, but in my “poorer” days, my second-second-hand Renault Grand Scenic was treated with equal reverence at both the Mandarin Oriental and Plaza Athénéé in Paris. They even washed it at the Mandarin. I wasn’t expecting them to park it right in front of the hotel among all the high-end cars — it was a weird sight with the valet waiting for me with the door open … unforgettable ?

I live across the street from an elementary school, and when I drive by during recess, all the boys line up and applaud!
Oh yeah. Kids are so curious about that car. You won’t imagine how many times i was filmed by them while driving past

We are exactly the same, it’s my wife’s daily driver, the looks she gets and people taking pics as we drive by.
Only had it since last November and 17k done in it, is a testament as to how much she loves driving it, none of these are business miles.
We were talking about a 911 next but she loves the EV so much, I can honestly say she will struggle to move away from the Taycan. She’s already said she found her Brand.
They parked it right outside the door of the hotel after telling us it was offsite parking as it was a city centre hotel in Oxford.

Just a few hours ago at the bank, I was getting a deposit ready in the parking lot when a diesel, daully huge pickup truck with Trump stickers all over it pulled up next to me (occupying 2 handicap spots at once). He eyes were instantly locked on my car. His passenger and I go into the bank and I was in there for 15ish minutes, his passenger maybe 5min. When I come out he is circling the car, jaw on the ground and couldn't wait to talk to me about it. " This is the cleanest car i have ever seen, just gorgeous, is it a turbo V8?" Me: no, it's full electric. The look on his face was priceless (wish I had a pic for you all). I could see the confusion, regret, apprehension, so many emotions on one face. He mumbled a few times and realized the moment was totally lost. As he climbed back into his monster truck he said "nice car bro."
I drove away thinking, I fucking love this car!

Still love mine as much as the first day I saw it, so much so I’ve ordered another one. The number of people who’ve stopped to look at it, ask to take photographs is testament to its beauty.♥ ?

I don’t whether it’s Brits or because there’s so many Taycan’s in the UK but it definitely gets more attention on the continent.

My wife has never felt more conspicuous shovelling croissants in the passenger seat!

I saw one other Taycan in 3 weeks and ours was getting photographed last night covered in 4k miles of road detritus.

There’s a lot of hate for EVs in the UK. Some people ‘get it’ but views are very polarised here.
Definitely polarised but I haven’t got too much hate, just wonder if us Brits are bit more reserved when observing flash things. I do also see a couple per day just doing the school run.

One thing I did experience was getting a front row park at the Bicester Scramble, which I didn’t expect. Lotus were showing off the Evija so perhaps they were just having an EV friendly event.

I might consider an exchange for the Dino!

On this side of the pond, I exclusively loathe Tesla EVs; categorizing Tesla owners as Muskovite wannabes, free (albeit slow) charging grifters.

Love my Taycan, nevertheless, curious about the upcoming? 718 EV. The kids have moved on and my Yorkshire terrier and his mom kinda like 2 door convertibles :p

I just got back from a week in the Ribble valley in Lancashire and saw far more Taycans there than I see here in this part of Oxfordshire. I do like my CT4S but prefer the styling of the saloon, but I have a dog.

OTOH I haven't noticed people paying any particular attention to my car. No obvious pointing, though friends do like it and say so.

<hastening to type "haha, a Ferrari where it belongs - on the back of a truck", noticing the 964 underneath ? >
Apart from routine servicing my Ferrari has spent zero time in the garage in 27 years. Unlike my Porsche in 20 months.
