Heater Recall?

Just had a call to remind me that my car is booked in for the heater recall? I booked it when they rang me a few weeks back.

But, when I check my VIN on the recall page it says ‘none outstanding’?

The car is a dec 2023 with fully working heater? Anyone know what recall this is and if I should bother?

I know they’re prone on early cars; but I could do without the trip?

I had a failure on my MY21 4S and then repaired.

The collection of my MY23 GTS ST (from new) was delayed due to the passenger compartment heater recall. So HV heaters are a common recall / issue for J1.1 cars (all model years) so don't skip it or you may regret it come winter.

Interesting that many of you are reporting about recalls to replace the heater. My 2022 GTS ST is now having its 4th heater installed - but every time due to failure. I spent weeks every winter since new driving in freezing temperatures without any heating :-(
