Heating problems with Taycan

2021 Taycan 4s , after 12 months suffers with multiple heating and ventilation problems. During the very hot summer the A/c failed and the the ventilation all together. Went into dealer for 4 weeks and returned unprepared but washed, a few weeks later went to another dealer returned in same condition. Finally 4 weeks ago went in for a third time and returned fixed. Today in the middle of tje winter the heating has failed although Air con still works. Otherwise a great car but Porsche need to acknowledge issues.
