[help]Remote Parking Assistant not working

The App is connected and has the correct control to turn on, the AC, but when using the remote parking assistant it is not available. I made sure the phone had Bluetooth turned on and tried reconnecting after turning it off, still not available.

Do you have the latest PCM with coloured tiles? My remote parking never worked prior to the Update.

On the app, are you able to see the green dot indicating good connection?

Mine worked before the update but haven't tried it post update.

Yes, it is a new car and the pcm is the icon color version.
I made sure the vehicle is connected and has the green connection icon. I can operate the door lock and air conditioner through the app, only Remote park assistant is not available

Did this ever get resolved? I’m having similar issues with remote park assist and the park maneuver assist feature.

I was more concerned with the park assistant feature. But my remote park assist presented the same way yours does.

So i took my Taycan to the dealer and asked about this. The dealer advised that it wasn’t working because the cameras hadn’t been recalibrated properly when the windshield was replaced. Though no errors ever displayed anywhere on the dash.

now… my park assist buttons are no longer greyed out and the remote park assist from the app does work. That being said, my car has a very hard time identifying parking spaces. It’s essentially unusable. I gave up.

Also, if you have a code reader, it’d be worth plugging it in and using car scanner to see if there are any error codes stored. Maybe clearing those would make it work?

Assuming you are talking about using the app to control your car. It’s an issue with the app. The only known solution is to backup all your apps except for the MyPorsche app and reinstall your whole phone. Then you load the MyPorsche app. This issue was introduced with v10.0 of the app.

It stopped working for me after I had the car sent to the shop. Coincidentally, it was the same time when the app updated so I don't know which is to blame.
