That crossed my mind, but it's not consistent. Upon opening, the app will show the 'last known state' while it's refreshing, but the point was that the 'last known state' should have never shown a open window - because, you know, it was never open. Opening/closing doors does trigger a window movement, hence my theory of sampling at the wrong time.Nah, I think it's a security issue. Instead of assuming everything is ok while the app waits for the car's response (or better app → porsche server → car → porsche server → app), it assumes everything is wrong until confirmation. That's why it "assumes" windows are down or car is unlocked when you open the app and after a few seconds when the green dot appears, everything is cleared. Developers basically wanted to make sure (or protect porsche legally) that no user would get a "everything is ok" if the app can't get a response from the porsche servers.
