I tried to book my car in for the PCM update and the person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about.

She said all they can book the car in for are the recalls, non of which where the PCM update which technicaly is not a recall.
This is Porsche west london so one of the bigger dealerships that should have some clue as to what is going on.

It's classed as a software recall. Might be worth quoting the campaign reference WNJ8

It is a recall but may not be listed for your car if new.

Check the status on My Porsche website and it will be flagged there.

Your dealer is being a bit thick.
