I hope that doesn’t happen. In almost 50 years of car ownership I have never had a fault that stopped a car. I have had one hydraulic ram fault on the folding hood mechanism of a 500SL, sorted at a routine service, and a couple of recalls.When it’s not at the dealer for some issues.
