There are so many bad experiences that I thought I'd post something positive.
As many of you already know, I recently purchased my 2020 4S remotely and had it shipped. Car was 100% to my expectations except for one thing I discovered: the leather on the dashboard behind the instrument binnacle was severely buckled. FWIW, the dealer who sold me the car (non-Porsche dealer) was embarassed that they had missed it and offered to help me if needed.
I had already made an appointment to have open recalls taken care of and when I showed this to my local dealer, they immediately ordered a replacement dashboard (full top part) from Atlanta, received it the following day and it is being replaced - under warranty - tomorrow.
I was very impressed by their responsiveness and lack of issues with covering under warranty.
Thank you Porsche Fairfield (CT).
