Loud clicking noise from from off side of car.

Hello,
Has any one experience a loud noise coming from the front of their Taycan. See video. It continues for a while even when the car is parked and turned off.

Just a guess as I do not yet own the car, but could it be the fan that's found in the front wheel well? As described in this thread: https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/noise-from-the-wheel-arch-of-a-taycan.5044/

Whatever it is, it doesn’t sound right.

Had the wheel off, cover off and could see this little bugger that had attached itself to the fan. Hot weather tar cover stone. It’d embedded itself on the fan and was scrapping around in side as it he tan went around.

Guessing this could happens again with the vent guard I’m being so wide inside.

Good find and an easy fix. I saw someone fit a screen to prevent this, but I don’t think that’s a good idea. Screens are very disruptive to airflow and can be bad for cooling. On 911’s its fairly common to put screens in the grills to protect the radiators, and there are a few engine builders out there that won’t guarantee their engines if there are screens in front of the radiators.
