Mobile Charger Connect - Extra Charge?

Juicebox, ClipperCreek and Chargepoint are pricier but they are battle-tested.

There are options for using the regular 120V, you can search amazon. Make sure your regular outlet is grounded, which is not the case in old houses.

If you want to buy (almost) stock at a discounted price then you can check Audi e-trons charger (even the old one for the A3 etron) or VW e-golf. I have seen the etron charger and it is practically the same as PMCC.

Originally it was supposed to include the "Porsche Mobile Charger (Plus)" (not Connect) but that wasn't available yet so for '20 everyone was forced to upgrade and for the beginning of '21 it was free. Now the specs say the car includes cables for "Porsche Mobile Charger" so you've got to assume the car includes it now (the non-Connect version), right?

P.S. I thought this thread was going to be about how to get extra charge out of PMCC.

In the UK, and I would assume elsewhere, the standard charger is included in the standard spec.
Mobile Charger Plus with 4.5m vehicle side cable.

The PMCC was a forced option because the supplier of the standard charger had supply issues, I think because of a fire.

Where would I see the base spec? On my build, on the last page, it doesn't mention it.

On the UK configuration page, scroll to the bottom, below ‘Care and Accessories’ it gives the option to see the standard features and the technical spec and the summary. Maybe the US configure page is the same? I haven’t looked in the US webpage. I will try now.

No, you are correct, it doesn’t seem to be included. My apologies. How odd. It’s included in the UK. There are regional differences, but I would have thought a charger would be included in the standard spec.
