MY22CT Plug and Charge Option missing?

I dont see the plug and charge option on the charging menu. My SA wants me to drive few more days and see if it comes back. Can someone with MY 22 Taycan check if they can see this option?

I have enabled it on porsche.com and it says my subscription is active. I also have it in my menu on my 2022 4S. I didn’t check the menu prior to activating the subscription unfortunately, so I don’t know if it was missing previously. However I can confirm I have the menu option on my 2022.

When you go in the Connect app, go to “My Account” then Subscription and Fees. Does it look like this?

I have exactly the same problem since the last big update and my Porsche Center doesn't know how to solve this problem. This option disappeared from the PCM menu.
Did you solve this problem ?

This may be a long shot but try searching ‘plug and charge’ in the search box at the top of the main PCM screen. There are options that aren’t visible in the pcm menus that will show up if you search them.

Thanks for the reply but we already have tested that and the plug & charge option doesn't appear...
In the PCM menu where this option should be, I have that:

My Porsche Center is talking with Porsche Germany but after 2 days, they have no solution about this problem...

Yes I did the two finger reset and my issue was resolved. Now for the past three weeks I am dealing with PCM integrated apple, Spotify and online radio function is not available, not working. Germany is looking into, still haven't heard a solution. Taking to dealer next Monday.

A couple of weeks ago none of my online radio favorites worked any longer. I did 2 finger PCM reset.
Then I found that by doing a search and browse of online radio stations, they were working, but the same stations in my favorites was not working. Deleted existing online radio favorites and re-added them from the station search list.

So no solution for my problem... I got my car back but no Plug & Charge function on my MY21 Taycan Turbo S. They will contact me if they have any news. I tried the 2 finger reset, the search option but no more success.

Plug and Charge activate option is missing from PCM. 2 finger reset did not work.
